1. About Oonlu
Oonlu is a collection of casual games designed to be playable primarily offline. Ads, purchases, restoring purchases, store services, and some platform functionality may require an internet connection. Oonlu may change, add, remove, or improve games and features over time.
2. Using Oonlu
You may use Oonlu for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, redistribute unauthorized copies, bypass payment or advertising systems, interfere with its operation or security, exploit bugs harmfully, or use it unlawfully.
3. Ownership
Oonlu and its original interface, illustrations, assets, music, sound, branding, writing, and software are owned by Oonlu or its creator unless stated otherwise. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners. Acknowledgements are available on the Credits page.
4. Purchases
Optional purchases may include removing ads, additional actions or consumable content, bundles, or other features. Prices vary by country, currency, storefront, taxes, and platform. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform, whose terms govern payment, billing, refunds, and related rights.
5. Restoring Purchases
Where supported, Oonlu may provide restoration for eligible purchases. Consumable items may not be restorable after use. Restoration depends on the platform.
6. Advertising
The free version may include advertising from providers such as Google AdMob. Oonlu may offer a paid option removing some or all ads; its scope will be described at purchase.
7. Offline Availability
Main games are designed to work without a constant connection, but we do not guarantee every feature functions offline. Ads, store verification, restoration, updates, and external services may require internet access.
8. Game Progress and Local Data
Unless cloud backup or synchronization is explicitly provided, local progress may not be recoverable if the app or data is deleted, a device is lost or damaged, the operating system removes data, or you move devices. You are responsible for appropriate backups.
9. Updates and Changes
Games, features, balancing, visuals, sounds, prices, ads, and other parts may change. Features may be removed or replaced for technical, design, legal, security, or platform reasons. Where required by law, changes affecting paid purchases will follow consumer-protection requirements.
10. Availability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Bugs, compatibility issues, third-party failures, store interruptions, and temporary unavailability may occur.
11. Third-Party Services
Oonlu may rely on Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, and other third-party services governed by their own terms. Oonlu is not responsible for services outside its reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
Oonlu is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee constant availability, compatibility, freedom from bugs, or recovery of local progress. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oonlu and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including deleted progress, device problems, third-party interruptions, or inaccessible features. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Your use of Oonlu is also subject to the Oonlu Privacy Policy, which explains how Oonlu and its service providers may process information.
15. Changes to These Terms
